About Me
Practical agile leadership with a human touch.
I'm Andrew Walker, founder of Ginger Cat. Over the last decade I've helped cross-functional teams improve collaboration, increase transparency and deliver products more effectively. I've worked with organisations ranging from growing businesses to large enterprises, always focusing on creating environments where people can do their best work.
My style is calm, pragmatic and people-first. I believe successful agile teams aren't created through more process — they're created by building trust, encouraging collaboration and removing obstacles that slow people down.
Outside work, I'm a lifelong Star Wars fan, so you'll often find me wearing a Stormtrooper costume at charity and community events through the 501st Legion. When I'm not in armour, I enjoy cycling, travelling, and making the most of time with my family.
